Harm Voogt

Harm is, together with Job, the founder of Validata. Working with heart and soul, Validata has grown from a start-up to a scale-up with international potential. Harm prides himself on his company, his team, and his customers. Besides work, Harm is a sports aficionado, especially for hockey. Formerly a fanatic himself, today his two daughters have taken over. However, most of all Harm loves to travel with the family to South Africa, where he partly grew up.

Job van der Weijden

Director - CFO (MT)

Job is one of the founders of Validata. He guards “his baby” as Validata’s CFO and he is ultimately responsible HR. Both in and out of work, Job supports the group dynamics, in which sporting and a friendly bite and drink are vital. Job is a real family man. He can either be found on the water with his family and friends or by a barbecue.

Bart Bijkerk

Director - COO / CTO (MT)

Bart has been part of the board since 2011 and currently is responsible for IT and Operations. Just like his passion for Formula 1, his innovative thinking power is also speedy. As a 'people' person, he has an eye for his employees. He knows how to motivate everyone to achieve results and if these are achieved good bites and drinks are always used to celebrate. In his spare time, he surrounds himself with family and friends. You will find Bart with a drink in the garden, on the beach, or hitting a ball on a golf course.

Janneke is a flexible and committed manager who starts every day with fresh energy.

Esther is the colleague everyone can turn to. This is also necessary for her position but she already did this on her own. She takes good care of her " work " children. She is super involved and knows a lot. In her free time, she is busy singing. Esther is open to another person's opinion and then provides a solution that everyone agrees on. William is one of the most engaged employee in the support department. He makes everyone feel welcome and part of the group. Besides being a hard worker, top Certificate of Conduct applicant and day-planner, he is also a padeller. For a good game of padel, you can always turn to him. William really is a no nonsense colleague who rolls up his sleeves, goes the extra mile and always ensures a convivial atmosphere.

Linda is our sweet, joyful and congenial Support employee. She is always willing to think and help, and has a busy life with her family and her dogs but still always manages to be 100% committed to our Support team. She enjoys contributing to organising and reorganising the various streams of information, which we have to deal with in our work in the Support Department. Linda is also always available as a listening ear or a nice chat. In her free time, Linda enjoys socialising, eating out or going out. One thing is for sure: with Linda we are never bored!

Shaheera is our lovely and one of the longest-serving colleagues at support. In her free time, she enjoys going boating and spending time with her family.  She has also lived in different places in the Netherlands and around the world. For this reason, she has a good cultural understanding and broad knowledge about various important topics in the world. Besides being a serious colleague, Shaheera also has a great sense of humour and is always up for a chat. She will always give her opinion in a direct, honest and sincere way, which is typical for our colleague Shaheera!

Tessa is a fun, spontaneous colleague who knows how to get things done. Within our team, she enjoys taking care of the planning, ensuring that all screenings are completed as quickly and carefully as possible. In addition to her work as a screening consultant, Tessa runs a hair salon at home, where colleagues regularly drop by for a haircut or a hair colouring. In her spare time, Tessa also enjoys going out for dinner with family and friends, or spending time with her lovely son Oliver.

Our Thomas is the big friendly giant of the office. Thomas is not only a reliable and hard worker, but also a social asset. Outside the office, Thomas is also very sporty. He keeps himself busy with his weekly baseball training and the occasional game of padel. Besides, Thomas his other favourite activity is spending hours on the terrace playing a game of 30 seconds.

Saar is the life of the party.  She can put a smile on every colleagues' faces like no other. On the phone with clients she is just as popular, the rave reviews do not lie. In her spare time, as a former AMFI student and designer, she likes to keep herself busy with new and vintage fashion and it shows in her playful looks. On weekends, visiting the city's trendiest terraces cannot be missing from her schedule.

With her knowledge of music, our Christina is certainly a jack of all trades, but if she can choose, she really prefers to go to a techno party. Besides her knowledge of music, Christina also has a gift for languages, so she does not care whether the candidate speaks Dutch, Papiamentu, English, Spanish or French. Furthermore, you will always find Christina in the best vintage finds and she brings a lot of fun and spontaneity to the office.

Max is our major social and friendly colleague at Support. He recently became a father and therefore doesn't get many hours at night, but you won't notice this on the work floor. Max is always in for a chat and is happy to help if needed.

Charella is a sweet and friendly colleague. You can come to her with many questions, she is one of the experts in the field of Education and is always willing to assist and guide her colleagues in this, Charella also onboards new colleagues and does this with great pleasure. You can always count on her. Besides working at Validata, Charella studies Interdisciplinary Social Science at the University of Amsterdam. In her spare time, she enjoys doing fun things with her friends and family. She also has a very sweet dog Teddy with whom she likes to spend a lot of time and walks a lot.

Antonio combines his role as Screening Consultant with studying and has a natural interest in Tech. In his free time, he likes to let his creative side run wild. For instance, he enjoys filming and looking for unique, vintage clothing pieces. Furthermore, he likes to play a game of basketball and is a big fan of Hip-Hop.
