U.S. screening company DISA acquires Dutch peer Validata

Amsterdam, March 15, 2024 – Dutch screening company Validata Group has been acquired by US-based DISA Global Solutions, a leading player in the field of employment screening. Validata, founded in 2009, performs tens of thousands of screenings per year for Dutch and international employers. It is DISA’s second major international acquisition within nine months.

Validata remains headquartered in Amsterdam and continues to operate under strict European data protection laws. All data processing takes place in Europe and data is stored exclusively on servers within the EU.

International ambition 

Validata Group was already active as a screening company for several internationally oriented companies and also already had an office in Stockholm. The US-based DISA performs more than ten million screenings worldwide each year for their customers, among them more than 30% of Fortune 500 companies.
