For example, within Education, a certificate of conduct (VOG) is legally required for teachers. Moreover, by outsourcing screening you are guaranteed to comply with GDPR legislation which ensures all candidate data is stored securely. In addition, by usingour vast network of trusted partners, we can quickly check all relevant data directly at the source for you.
Screening profiles for government & education
Validata offers various screening profiles that specifically match the government & education sector. In doing so, we ensure that there is always a screening profile that meets your organisation’s needs .
*Please note that when chosen for screening profile best, we verify five years of work experience. The costs of this profile are however based on one reference, as the number of former employers varies per individual. If a candidate has worked for more than one employer over the past five years, a surcharge of €15,- will be charged for each additional reference.
Extension of the screening profiles
Our screening profiles can be extended with additional checks e.g. ‘add-ons’. These allow you to set up a background check that completely matches your organisation’s needs. It is important to consider that you must screen proportionally as an organisation. In other words, in proportion to the respective position.
