In assessing an application for a VOG, Justis examines whether the candidate has any criminal offences to his or her name that pose a risk to the position or purpose for which he or she is applying for the VOG.

There is a list of set screening profiles that Justis will screen candidates for, depending on their profession. For example, if you are working in the financial sector, the VOG screening profile you will need is number 95.
